[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on September 16, 2014 on Nye County Bill No. 2014-23:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-23 entitled: A Bill Proposing to Pass an Ordinance to Designate Portions of Paved County Highways Located Within the Area Known as the Hadley Subdivision as Depicted on the Attached Map and List for the Operation of Off-Highway Vehicles for the purpose of Allowing Said Vehicles to Reach a Private or Public Area that is Open for use by Off-Highway Vehicles, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its August 19, 2014 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-23 on Tuesday, the 16th day of September, 2014, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
