[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on August 19, 2014 on Nye County Bill No. 2014-03:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-22 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND TITLE 2 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE BY ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 2.84 CREATING THE NYE COUNTY PEACE OFFICER ADVISORY REVIEW BOARD, SETTING FORTH ITS POWERS AND DUTIES, ESTABLISHING THE NUMBERS AND TERMS OF THE MEMBERS THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its July 15, 2014 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-22 on Tuesday the 19th day of August, 2014, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
