[ARCHIVED] Notice of Continued Public Hearing on June 17, 2014 on Nye County Bill No. 2014-07:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-07 entitled: A Bill Proposing to Amend Nye County Code Chapter 16.36, the Procedures for Appeal of Decisions Regarding the Use of Land, by Establishing the Process for the Appeal of Administrative Decisions and Interpretations Pertaining to Zoning, Land Use, and Other Related Subject Matters; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date thereof, and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its March 18, 2014 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Continued Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-07 on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 2014, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
