[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on May 19, 1014 on Nye County Bill No. 2014-19:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-19 entitled: An Ordinance Proposing to Amend the Adopted Ordinance No. 414 that Amended Nye County Ordinance #410: An Ordinance that Adopted the Development Agreement with Solar Reserve's Tonopah Solar Energy LLC for the Proposed Development of the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project, Located in Nye County Northwest of Tonopah, to Include a Nevada Workforce Requirement and all Other Matters Properly Related Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its April 22, 2014 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-19 on Monday, the 19th day of May, 2014, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
