[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on May 6, 2014 on Nye County Bill No.2014-15:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NYE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 450 TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM POTENTIAL GENERATING CAPACITY OF THE SUNSHINE VALLEY SOLAR POWER PLANT FROM 65 MEGA-WATTS (AC) TO 110 MEGA-WATTS (AC); PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO; was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its April 1, 2014 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-15 on Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 2014, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive, Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
