[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on January 7, 2014 on Nye County Bill No. 2013-22

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-22 entitled: AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT THE SMOKY VALLEY TELEVISION DISTRICT SHALL NOT BE DISSOLVED PURSUANT TO NRS 318.490 THROUGH NRS 318.510: DETERMINING THAT WRITTEN PROTESTS FILED REPRESENT LESS THAN A MAJORITY OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its December 3, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-22 on Tuesday, the 7th day of January, 2014, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
