[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on December 3, 2013 on Nye County Bill No. 2013-19:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-19 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND TITLE 8, CHAPTER 8.30, HEALTH AND SAFETY, CHAPTER 8.30, TITLED RABIES CONTROL OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 8.30.040 TITLED DEFINITIONS, 8.30.140 TITLED INVESTIGATIONS BY RABIES CONTROL AUTHORITY, PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its November 5, 2013 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-19 on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
