[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on November 19, 2013 on Nye County Bill No. 2013-13:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-13 Entitled: A Bill proposing to amend Nye County Code Title 17, the Zoning Ordinance of the Pahrump Regional Planning District, by amending portions of the regulations relating to "Animals Special Conditions," "Commercial Kennel," "Kennel," adding a "Multi-Pet Permit," deleting "Residential Kennel," amending the definition of "Animal Special Conditions," and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date thereof, and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its October 15, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-13 on Tuesday, the 19th day of November, 2013, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
