[ARCHIVED] Notice of Continued Public Hearing on November 5, 2013 on Nye County Bill No.2013-10:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-10 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND, TITLE 5 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE, TITLED BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 5.14, TITLED GAMING LICENSES, BY ADDING THE DEFINITION OF NONRESTRICTED GAMING LICENSE AND BY AMENDING, SECTION 5.14.100, TITLED ACTION ON APPLICATION, TO AMEND THE MINIMUM HOTEL OR MOTEL ROOMS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A NONRESTRICTED GAMING LICENSE; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its September 3, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Continued Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-10 on Tuesday, the 5th of November, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
