[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on November 5, 2013 on Nye County Bill No. 2013-15:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-15 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE, TITLED VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, CHAPTER 10.08, TITLED MOTORCYCLES, BY REPEALING CHAPTER 10.08 AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 10.08 TITLED MOTORCYCLES AND SIMILAR VEHICLES, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE NEVADA REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 486 REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF, AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its October 1, 2013 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-15 on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
