NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-03
entitled: AN ORDINANCE, WHICH SHALL BE KNOWN AND MAY BE CITED AS THE “2ND AMENDMENT PRESERVATION ORDINANCE.” TO PREVENT FEDERAL INFRINGEMENT ON THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS; NULLIFYING ALL FEDERAL ACTION IN VIOLATION OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO., was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its March 6, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-03 on Tuesday, the 2nd day of April, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.

A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
