[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on Nye County Bill No. 2013-02:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-02 Entitled: A Bill Proposing to Amend, Title 5, Business Licenses and Regulations, Chapter 5.16, Entitled Outdoor Festivals Sections 5.16.010 to 5.16.130, to Amend Certain Sections Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Hereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its February 19, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-02 on Tuesday, the 19th day of March, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada,
101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada
at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
