[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on Nye County Bill No. 2012-23:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2012-22 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND TITLE 15 CHAPTER 15.32 ARTICLE I SECTIONS 15.32.080 THROUGH 15.32.100 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE RELATED TO IMPACT FEES WITHIN THE PAHRUMP REGIONAL PLANNING DISTRICT, BY PLACING A ONE-YEAR MORATORIUM ON THE IMPOSITION OF IMPACT FEES AND ALLOWING DEVELOPERS TO PAY IMPACT FEES THROUGH EXTENDED PAYMENT AGREEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its January 7, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2012-23 on Tuesday, the 5th day of February, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Rd., located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.

A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
