NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No.2012-19 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND NYE COUNTY CODE TITLE 19, BEATTY, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 19.04 SECTION 19.04.020, DEFINITIONS, SECTION 19.04.030, BUDGET AUTHORIZATION, SECTION 19.04.040, OFFICERS GENERALLY, SECTION 19.04.50, CHIEF APPOINTED BY BOARD, SECTION 19.04.060, DUTIES, SECTION 19.04.070, APPOINTING AND DISCHARGING PERSONNEL, SECTION 19.04.080, INSTRUCTION, SECTION 19.04.090, RIGHT OF ENTRY, SECTION 19.04.110 RECORDS AND REPORTS, SECTION 19.04.120, MEMBERSHIP GENERALLY, SECTION 19.04.130, BADGES REQUIRED, SECTION 19.04.140, INSIGNIA REQUIRED, SECTION 19.04.170, EQUIPMENT REQUIRED, SECTION 19.04.180, CHIEF AUTHORITY, AND SECTION 19.04.250, EMPOWERMENT; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its December 4, 2012 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2012-19 on Monday, the 7th day of January 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.

A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
