[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on Nye County Bill No. 2012-17:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2012-12 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND TITLE 12 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE BY ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 12.12 REQUIRING PERSONS CAUSING EXCESSIVE WEAR TO PUBLIC ROADS WITHIN NYE COUNTY TO COORDINATE WITH THE NYE COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT AND REMEDIATE ALL DAMAGE CAUSED TO PUBLIC ROADS; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY; CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its October 16, 2012 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2012-17 on Friday, the 9th day of November, 2012, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road., located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
