[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on Nye County Bill No. 2012-05:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2012-05 entitled: A Bill Proposing to Amend Nye County Code 15.16 "Building and Construction Codes Effective Within the Pahrump Regional Planning District" by amending Section 15.16.050 to allow the placement and use of portable restroom facilities in certain scenarios where permanent restroom facilities do not exist; providing for the severability, constitutionality and effective date hereof; and other matters properly relating thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its May 21, 2012 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will continue the Public Hearing on Bill No. 2012-05 on Tuesday, the 17th day of July, 2012, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
