COVID Vaccine Information
For those with insurance wanting the COVID vaccine, please contact your local healthcare provider, area pharmacies or visit vaccines.gov
For those who do not have insurance, Vaccines.gov will help people find the COVID vaccines that are "no-cost."
The Pahrump Community Health Nurse can also schedule COVID and flu vaccines in-clinic for uninsured adults age 19 and older. They need ID, and proof of household income over the last 30 days. Our vaccine is, at most, $22.57, and the vaccine will not be withheld based on the ability to pay.
For children 6 months to 18 years old, parents may schedule an appointment with the Community Health Nurse or another vaccine provider.
Please call the clinic at 775-751-7070 and leave a message regarding your questions on vaccine availability and the requirement for an appointment.
The Pahrump Community Health Nurse Office is at 1981 E Calvada Blvd., by appointment only. Please call 775-751-7070 and leave a message to be scheduled. Pfizer and Moderna only. Please bring ID, insurance, and proof of income to the appointment. Anyone with exceptions (No ID) will need to call to speak to a staff member regarding the appointment. Parents or legal guardians may call the Community Health Nurse Office to leave a message, and someone will call you back for more information. Some private insurance is accepted.
