[ARCHIVED] General Election Notices including Early Voting, Close of Registration

Nye County Clerk’s Office has released a series of notices regarding the upcoming General Election. 

The Notice of the Close of Registration 

The Notice of Early Voting locations and times. Early Voting starts Saturday, October 22nd in Tonopah and Pahrump. 

Below is the Notice of Change in Instructions for returning mail-in ballots. 

NOTICE TO ALL NYE COUNTY VOTERS 

CHANGE IN INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING AND RETURNING MAIL-IN BALLOTS

THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING BY MAIL INCLUDED WITH THE BALLOT HAS AN ERROR IN STEP 6. THERE IS NO STUB AT THE TOP OF THE BALLOT TO RETAIN THIS YEAR. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TEAR ANYTHING OFF THE TOP OF THE BALLOT. AFTER YOU HAVE MARKED YOUR BALLOT JUST REFOLD IT AND PLACE IT INSIDE THE INSTRUCTION SHEET WHICH SERVES AS THE SECRECEY SLEEVE. PLACE THE INSTRUCTION SHEET/SECRECY SLEEVE CONTAINING ONLY YOUR BALLOT IN THE RETURN ENVELOPE.
