NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BILL NO. 2010-14 entitled: A BILL AMENDING TITLE 17, CHAPTER 17.04, SECTION 17.04.890 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE ENTITLED ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT PROCEDURE BY CLARIFYING A PROPOSAL FOR A TEXT AMENDMENT MAY BE INITIATED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OR REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSIONN, PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its June 1,2010 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2010-14 on Tuesday the 6th day of July, 2010 at the time of 10:45a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners Chambers, 101 Radar Road located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.

A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
