Protection Orders

To apply for a temporary protective order, you must contact the Court  so we can determine which application to give you. Our court may grant Orders of Protection to try to prevent Domestic Violence, against Stalking and/or Harassment, against Harassment in the Workplace or Sexual Abuse or Sexual Exploitation of a Child. The Judge will review your application and may issue a 30 day temporary order for just cause.
