If you believe there is an Air Quality violation in your neighborhood. You may file a Request for Air Quality Services (Dust Control Complaint) by creating an online account HERE. Go to the Planning Department and choose the Request for Air Quality Services.

Overview

The Air Quality Department monitors air quality and enforces the dust control regulation for the Pahrump Regional Planning District.

Smoke Concerns

Complaints regarding air quality in regards to smoke should be directed to the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection Air Quality at 775-687-9349.
